I made this one for a single card exchange through the Hero Arts Flickr group. Went to a wonderfully talented scrapbooker/cardmaker in Hawaii - Donna Mikasa.
I have seen these stamps on-line and my scrapbook store (Scrapbook Centrale, DDO, Québec) started carrying them this Fall. I am in love with this company :) Here is a Christmas one for my Nephew Luca.
So I have decided on these for my annual gift tags. I thought they were fun and really simple to make in large quantities.
Products used:
Mittens die cut - Cottage Cutz
Background: Tiny Flakes - CG387
Sentiment Hero Arts Merry Christmas Tree set - 658276
Snowflake on mittens also from Hero Arts.
Hero Arts Royal Red ink
Distress Vintage Photo ink
StazOn White ink
This is the group of cards that I made for a card swap with other Flickr members. I will keep adding once I know the recipients have them.
This one is Stamping Bella products
I really love to use pink for Christmas
Took the picture at night, I apologize for the lighting... Proper lighting will be on my Christmas wish list...
Products:
Hero Arts - Ornament stamp and die cut from Archivers
Hero Arts - Sentiment also Hero Arts
For this one I used a tutorial from Jill on the Penny Black blog where she used this technique for gift tags. I like it so much I turned it into a full size.
I do like the quality and working with these clear stamps. Here is one using Critters in the Snow (seal, snowflakes and sentiment) for a Lawn Fawn challenge.
Thanks for taking the time! Feel free to comment, they make my day :)
There is something so special about the Penny Black animated stamps that I love so much. Here is a PB snowman with the paper from the Madison collection and a lot of Stickles!
Thx for taking the time! Feel free to leave a comment, they always make me smile!
This one is a thank-you card for the vet. My parents had to have their 17 year-old dog put down :( She was a sweetheart. We are blessed with a wonderful vet and her team. This is to say thank you for taking such good care of Pawly in her last years, especially in her last hours. The image is a Stamping Bella stamp that I coloured to look like Pawly.
This one is also for a team member at the clinic.
By the way, this excellent Vet is:

For any of you that live in the South Shore or Montreal area.
I am really enjoying working with this colour for Christmas. This is one of the newer Hero Arts mid-tone Pool ink, pool folded card and the stamp is also Hero Arts - CG224 Starry Night. Sentiment comes from Penny Black.
This is paper I picked up today from the American Crafts holiday collection. I picked-up the Candy Canes and the Snowflake craft, I find they will make great card backgrounds. Stamps Hero Arts candy canes E5527 the sentiment is also Hero Arts, Ink - New Hero Arts mid-tone. This is also a first for me with tape, I picked-up the "My Mind's eye" holiday tape and used it here.
The challenge this week at CAS-ual Friday is "toot your own horn' meaning create a card like your blog. Easy enough for me... I am a dog lover have two of my own that look like mother and son :) Here is my interpretation:

This is the same basket that I used on the Fall card. I really enjoy working with Stampendous stamps. This one has the Chrismas background cling and the basket of hollies. The red ink is Stampin' up the basket is coloured with copics. And, of course, Spellbinder dies.
I had fun with these. Working with Penny Black products is always fun. These are for the tag weekend challenge.
I used the Christmas Fashion clear set and the sentiment is from Christmas Everyday set. I coloured with Copics and used some ColorBox silver for the sides and some Martha Stewart twine.
For these I used the Adornment stamp from a couple of years ago, I use this one often. The saying is as listed above.

This if for the CAS "embossing challenge" for this week. I embossed the white card stock with a spellbinder folder and I used a technique that Kristina Werner does from time to time that I love. I used American Crafts Zing silver embossing powder three times on white card stock, I also used VersaMark ink on my stamp. I stamped the image when the embossing powder was still wet and this gives the "reverse" embossing image. The sentiment is from American Crafts.

Had fun with this challenge, I used my favourite holiday set from Penny Black: Winter Wonderland along with the sentiment from the Joy to the world set. The ink is Stampin' up Real Red and the paper is also from Penny Black: Madison 6 x 6 paper pad. I used Copics and added white Flower Soft to the hats. The cards are 2.5 x 2.5.
This one is for my very girly sister-in-law :). I like the Penny Black belle's, they are really fun to work with. The sentiment is from Hero Arts and the paper is from American Crafts another of my favourites. Now, I just hope she doesn't check my blog before she receives it!
I made this one for fun. Thought I would submit it to A Blog Named Hero for the craft challenge and it works for the August Hero Arts contest as well. Used the circle sentiment stamps that I really enjoy working with.

Had fun with this one for my niece's 3rd birthday. It's a sketch/die cut or punch challenge. I used a Stampendous stamp with Copics. Dies from Spellbinder and the punch is American Crafts. Thanks for taking the time to look and feel free to leave a comment!
