Paper Smooches Sparks - Designer Drafts Challenge

This is for this week's Paper Smooches Sparks - Designer Drafts Challenge.  It was also my parents Anniversary card.




All stamps Paper Smooches: Chubby Chums (dog), Woofers and Tweeters (solid heart), A little loving (outline heart), Flap Happy (sentiment). 
Pattern Paper: Snippets, Studio Calico 6 x 6 paper pack
Button: American Crafts
Enamel Dots: Teresa Collins.
