Had such fun making this one! Used my Delusions sprays with a straw! I saw this wonderful tutorial by Shari Carroll over at Simon Says Stamp. She, of course, is so much better at every technique! But I had to try it. I am submitting this one for the Cas-ual Fridays - So Long (longer than A2 card) and the Runway Inspired Challenge - Diane Von Furstenberg. I was inspired by the bold burst of primary colours and the touch of black!

Fun with stencils!
I have become slightly obsessed with stencils, this is a new one from Memory Box. I had the coordinating butterfly die used vellum for that with some small Hero Arts flowers. The sentiment is Papertry Ink, I used distress inks for the stencil and sprayed just a little bit of gold mist. You can't see it well in the photo.
Thanks for taking the time!
Happy Sunday :)

Runway Inspired Challenge
I loved the dress from the inspiration photo from the Runway Inspired Challenge, although I am seriously in need of sunlight and summer so I went with a Spring flower type card to inspire myself! I took from the flowers on the dress and the colours with the little bit of gold. I found these flowers as I was re-organizing my office, forgot I had them! I liked the hand drawn feel.

New Hero Arts and Simon Says Stamp
I was so excited to go to my local scrapbook store this week to find some of the new Hero Arts products! Takes a while to get them here in Montreal. I had the chance to play a little with my new stash, I also received my Simon Says Stamp order so I mixed a little in with the happy die and some of my new Lawn Trimmings :)
I am entering this into the Birthday Challenge for Hero Arts. This card would fit either the metallic or kids birthday categories. I also submitted it for this weeks Simon Says Anything Goes challenge using twine.
I used the Hero Arts ballon for the three, just stamped on the back and fussy cut. The triangle background is also Hero Arts as is the birthday sentiment. Die cut from SSS.
Inks - Distress for the background and Cornflower Blue from HA for the main Ballon. Silver embossing is from American Crafts. Neena Solar White card stock and silver Lawn Trimmings
Thanks for taking the time!
