New Lawn Fawn product release

I do believe that this is the first time I can honestly say that I love an entire new release! I went postal last week when my favourite scrapbook store (Scrabook Centrale, DDO, Québec) received all the new Lawn Fawn products. I also am pretty sure this is the most I have ever spent on one company release... And I didn't even feel guilty! This is one of the cards that has come from that purchase.  I will also submit it to the Lawnscapping Challenge 90 - Critters Galore.

I am a little freaked that I am already working on holiday cards though... Just saying

Pawesome Birthday!

My husband and I have collectively 11 nieces and nephews... We also have two dogs that love each of them but for some reason my nephew Luca is like their personal "dog whisperer" lol!  They just adore him, he can't come over without having them draped all over him on the couch, floor wherever he is they are, it is quite sweet.  So for his birthday I couldn't resist pairing the Paper Smooches dog dies with the new Simon Says Stamp sentiment.  You can find these products at papersmoochesstamps.com and simonsaysstamp.com.  

Out of all the cards I have ever made, I do believe this is my favourite. I am submitting it to the Paper Smooches Sparks anything goes challenge of this week.

Last post of the day...Maybe

Third and probably last post today ;). This one is for the Runway Inspired Challenge which, I think challenges me the most.  I took me a few days to decide what to do with the inspiration picture and I was drawn to the colourful blouse (I LOVE Colour) and the flower pot also stuck out of the picture for me hence the little bit of burlap. Again, grey day Wink of Stella clear glitter on the flowers looks great.

Paper Smooches Sparks

Second post of the day, again rainy... Lol. I bought these new Paper Smooches Leave dies last week I felt like pairing them with washi.  It is anything goes this week at Paper Smooches Sparks I will submit this card that is for one of my nieces.

Lawn Fawn one layer

I have three posts today, rainy and grey here. Spending time trying to be creative and cheer myself up from the likely end of summer.  

Lawnscapping is holding a one layer challenge this week. I have a hard time with one layer cards... Not my favourite but I am pleased with the way this one turned out.  I don't know what it is about Lawn Fawn stamps but building a scene is such fun! Lots of masking on this one.

Very grey day, my picture is representative enough but it could have been better!

The background spray is my new obsession, the Hero Arts gold spray I love it!
