I just had to use this gorgeous Sketched Flower by Simon Says Stamp. I am in LOVE with that stamp set. I used my Misti Stamping Tool to stamp my flower and colored in the flowers with my Faber Castel Polychromos (another love of mine!) This was such a relaxing process and I simply adore those pencils.
Once I was done coloring I put my Neena Desert Storm piece back in my Misti and stamped my flower again with Versamerk ink and embossed my gold powder. I love the effect of gold embossing powder on Kraft. I then die cut my panel using the Mama Elephant Cloud Nine frame die. I chose a sentiment from the MFT Woodland Creatures set and stamped it on a Lawn Fawn Banner die cut from Black Licorice cardstock.
Once that was complete I used foam tape for my sentiment banner and then glued my panel to a card base. To finish off the card I added some Pretty Pink Posh gold sequins in both 4 and 6 mm.
I added some gel pen detail to my background and that was it. I am super happy with the way it turned out and this one is in the mail to a dear friend.
