Simon Says: Stars and/or Stripes

 Hello crafty friends! It's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Stars and/or Stripes! The design team is featuring My Favorite Things products this week!  It isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

This was a fun card to put together! I love these fun MFT Critters. We have a baby boy coming in the family on my husband's side this summer so this was the perfect opportunity to make their card :)

I painted my stripes with some Avery Elle watercolour paints and set that aside to dry, I stamped and coloured my images with my Copic Markers and used the accompanying die cuts.

I then took some Lawn Fawn pattern paper and I cut a large star for the background and some little stars from Tonic Harvest Gold cardstock.  

Once the background was dry, I die cut it with my Mama Elephant Cloud Nine die and glued my largest star.  I then added my images with foam tape.  I stamped some smaller stars in Mermaid and Cilantro Lawn Fawn ink and glued the smaller gold stars to the panel.

I chose the MFT Sweet Hello die and a Lawn Fawn Baby Boy sentiment. To finish off, I added some Tonic Nuvo Drops in coordinating colors to the panel.
