I tried something completely different than my usual style for this project. I love this Heartfelt Hydrangea set by Gina K. and I wanted to use it differently. So I decided to emboss the Hydrangea in white and do some ink smooshing.
I used a mix of Distress Inks on Tim Holtz watercolor paper and added some color direct to the flower petals after to intensify the color a little.
I then gold embossed my butterfly and used some Zig markers on it and fussy cut it out.
For my sentiment, I gold embossed it on some Simon Says Stamp Blue Violet cardstock and die cut it from a Simon Says Stamp thin frame. I put all of my elements together and then added some Pretty Pink Posh jewels!
Happy Monday crafty friends! Super excited to announce that this is my first post for LDRS Creative! These are the sweetest products and such fun to create with!
For my first project, I chose the absolutely adorable Carefree Gnomes and paired them with the Slim Line Corner Scallop dies! The options in this die set are amazing!
I started by stamping my gnomes using my LDRS Raven Hybrid Ink and colored them in using my Copic Markers. I used the accompanying dies and set them aside to work on my panel.
I started by die cutting my panel and used the top of the Rainey Day stencil to create my clouds with a rainbow array of inks! I love creating rainbow clouds it just makes me happy.
I die cut my "flowers" to frame the gnomes using colored cardstock from my stash. I also die cut the inserts using white cardstock.
I placed all of my elements on the panel and used my Sentiment Stack dies and embossed two sentiments, one from the Carefree Gnome set and one from the Encouragement Stack set and added them with foam tape for dimension.
To finish off, I added glitter drops to the wings, hats and flower centre.
Thanks so much for taking the time. Products used are listed and linked below, affiliate links used at no extra cost to you!
Happy Thursday crafty friends! This beauty arrived in my mailbox yesterday, the Cosmos Bloom from the new Simon Says Stamp Let's Connect release :)
I started by die cutting my bloom and colouring it with a mix a Copic Markers and my Polychromos Pencils. I then die cut my white panel and used my Geo Leaves stencil (selective stencilling) from a Simon Says Stamp spring release with a mix of Worn Lipstick and Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide Inks.
I then decided to pair my Eucalyptus Leaves dies with my bloom. I die cut them from Tonic Harvest Gold cardstock and Vellum and placed my elements on my panel.
I then chose a piece of pattern paper from Honey Bee Stamps Birthday Bash pack and added everything to my card base.
To finish off, I added a Hello stamp from an older Simon Says Stamp set and some Sparkling Clear sequins by Pretty Pink Posh.

This week Simon Says: Oh So Cute! We are featuring Picket Fence Studios products it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!
Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!
I used the super sweet Peach and Piper Checking the Post stamp set by Picket Fence Studio. Aren't these the sweetest stamps!
I stamped my images and coloured them with Copic Markers. I then used my MFT Grassy Stencil and blended some Distress Inks and added some blades of grass using my Copics.
I blended my clouds using one of my MFT clouds stencils using Shaded Lilac Distress Ink, I love this color for clouds. I decided that my scene needed a little color so I trimmed my panel on either side and added stripes of some Honey Bee pattern paper.
I used foam tape to add my panel to the card base and finished off by adding some white gel pen detail, Studio Katia Icy Crystals and some Buttons Galore Deco Hearts in the lavender color.
Happy Friday crafty friends! I am so in love with this Simon Says Stamp Geo Stencil!
This was such an easy card to put together! When you have a stencil like this that is meant to be the star of the show it becomes an easy card!
I took my trusty Distress Inks in a rainbow selection and ink blended them on my panel.
Once that was dry, I went back with my clean stencil and added some Tonic Moonstone glitter paste. I love the effect that this has given to the card! I set it aside too dry.
I die cut my Simon Says Stamp Friends die cut from black and white cardstock and added it to the panel. The secondary sentiment is from a Picket Fence stamp set linked below. I am enjoying sending cards to friends right now, this pandemic has made us all a little loopy!
To finish off, I added some Pretty Pink Posh Jewels in matching colors in certain places on the panel.

I made two cards for this weeks theme, I had this vision for my mermaid card and I ordered all of the elements but this pandemic has created havoc at Canada Post! My package arrived under the wire on Monday so I dove in and I am super happy with the result!
I adore the Simon Says Stamp Be a Mermaid set and I thought pairing it with the super fun Memory Box Bubble Circle dies wold be perfect. I started by stamping and colouring my mermaid tail using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and used the accompanying dies.
I die cut my bubble circle from multiple cardstock and fun foam. I used the insert and used my waves stencil with Distress Inks.
I embossed my background panel using a waves embossing folder from my stash. I glued all of my elements to the panel and added my sentiments and sequins.
To finish off, I added White Blizzard Nuvo Glitter Drops to the tail. I love the effect.
For this card, I started by selective ink blending with my Tim Holtz Stencil using Peacock Feathers and Salty Ocean Distress Inks. I die cut my frame from the Iconic Frame Trio Dies from fun foam and glitter cardstock and glued them together.
I die cut my butterfly from Moonstone cardstock (solid butterfly) and my glitter paper for the decorative butterfly (older discontinued Memory Box die) I glued them together then added all of the elements to the panel.
My sentiment is from the Simon Says Stamp Amazing stamp set and embossed it using Fine White powder. I added it to the frame and to finish off, some Sparkling Clear Sequins.

Like many of you, I have been enjoying these slimline cards :) I started by using my Tim Holtz trimmer to cut my panel and card base to size. I then ink blended my Rainbow Distress Inks using at the Shifter Burst Layering Stencil by Tim Holtz.
I put it aside to dry and die cut the balloons from my stash with a variety of Lawn Fawn, Simon Says Stamp and Tonic Specialty Paper.
Once the panel was dry, I stamped my Studio Katia sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and added Some Translucent Pearl Embossing Powder by Altenew.
I placed all of my balloons on the top of the panel using a mix of foam tape and glue and added a variety of twine.
I added a secondary sentiment from the same Studio Katia stamp set using some Antique Gold embossing powder. To finish off some of my favourite Icy Crystals jewels :)
