Simon Says: Anything Goes!

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are featuring Penny Black products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

Once in a while I really like to do a more "artsy" card. I just love this stamp set by Penny Black, I am kind of obsessed with leaves. I started by ink blending the strip on my panel and then stamping the leaves on top. I was going to leave it black but why do that when you can use your matching FineTec paints!

Just to add more, I decided on splatters! Same paint set but added the gold with the matching leaf colours. I set the panel aside to dry.

I die cut my Simon Says Stamp Miss You dies using glitter paper (I have an obsession with glitter paper). Once the panel was dry, I went over my image with my black pen. Added the sentiment using foam tape and to finish off, my favourite iridescent gems!

Simon Says: Cute and Cuddly

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Cute and Cuddly and we are featuring always fun Newton's Nook products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I always love a good puppy stamp and die set! I started by colouring my stamp using my COPICS. I realized that I have not coloured in far too long, it was nice and relaxing. I used the accompanying die and then stamped my sentiment from the same Puppy's cookie jar stamp set by Newton's Nook.

I then used this Newton's Nook Argyle stencil and ink blended my background to match the cookie jar.

I decided to use this really great Waffle Flower Friend die, I love the scale. I added the die cut to the panel then glued my puppy and the extra cookies.  I finished off with my iridescent gems!

Simon Says: Shake It Up!

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Shake It Up and we are featuring Pretty Pink Posh products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

These dies are so fun! The scale is perfect for either a gift tag or to use as I did for an A2 size card front. I die cut my pieces and put everything together including my sequins and pearls (linked below).

I decided on Vanilla Malt card stock (love this colour, softens the end result) and ink blended my Pretty Pink Posh Stencil.

I added some twine from my stash the you  dies by Pink Fresh and some chocolate candy hearts by Trinity from my stash.

Simon Says: Love is in the Air

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Love is in the Air and we are featuring always amazing Simon Says Stamp Brand Exclusive products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

Love a good stencil! These layering stencils by Simon Says Stamp are so much fun to play with! I ink blended my new Pink Pastel Ink by Simon Says Stamp first then the Carnation Pawsitively Saturated ink on the second block stencil.

I then ink blended one of the heart stencils with red ink and for the second stencil I used Tonic glitter paste.

Once that was dry, I die cut my glitter paper using the Love you more dies. I used foam tap tape to glue them to the panel. To finish off, some red hearts from my stash.
